TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
PPY Production AB, reg. nr 556689-6857, Kungsporten 1C, 427 50 Billdal, Sweden (”PPY”) provides the
website and the online store on www.pellepetterson.se and www.pellepetterson.com (the “Website/Websites”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” used below refer to PPY.
You must have reached the age of 18 to, without approval from your legal guardian, register a user account with us, apply for credit (invoice payment or payment in instalments) or purchase product(s) via the Website.
PPY is entitled to unilaterally make additions or changes to these general terms and conditions for the Website (“General Terms and Conditions”) and any such modifications will become effective – at the earliest – 30 days after the date that the amended General Terms and Conditions were made available on the Website. By purchasing product(s) from our assortment of products, applying for credit (invoice payment or payment in instalments), registering a user account with us, subscribing to our newsletter and/or using any of our services on the Website, you accept and agree to these – at any time applicable – General Terms and Conditions and certify that the personal details submitted by you are correct. The terms and conditions for this website apply to a natural person, also known as a private person. For purchases made by a legal person, we refer to our General Terms and Conditions for Sales which apply to businesses. For any queries regarding these terms, please contact email@example.com.

We cannot guarantee that the stock balance which appears on the Website for a product that you have ordered matches the actual stock balance for that product. We therefore reserve the right to only deliver products that we have in stock at the time of your order. If a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you and reimburse your payment for that product or update your payment in Klarna. A product that is out of stock and that we are unable to deliver will not affect the freight charges for your order.
3. DISTRIBUTION AND DELIVERY
We deliver packages only to the countries that are available when you place your order. For deliveries outside of Sweden an extra freight charge will apply, in accordance with the price list in clause 3 below. If the country you’re in is not an option on our website, please contact email@example.com.
We use UPS (https://www.ups.com) or DPD for the distribution of your order. For deliveries outside of Sweden an extra freight charge will apply, in accordance with the price list in clause 3 below.
For orders with delivery within Sweden, we use PostNord. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order. PostNord will contact you by text message and inform you when your order is ready for pick up at the collection point. When collecting your package, remember to bring a valid identification, such as ID, driver’s license or passport, as well as the parcel number (you will receive this information in the text message that PostNord will send to you). For delivery outside of Sweden UPS will try to deliver at your home. If no one is home at the first delivery attempt, UPS will leave a drop card with information on where your package can be picked up. No notification will be made to you before delivery. Please note that only one delivery attempt is included in the freight charge. A second delivery attempt may be charged with a local fee. For delivery to UK or Germany a second attempt to deliver at your neighbor may occur. If no one is home, UPS will leave a drop card with the information of where your package can be picked up. If you do not collect your package within 14 days it will be sent back to us. For packages that are not collected by this time we will charge you for the actual costs corresponding to the return freight charge, freight charge and the charge for the handling of unclaimed parcels according to the price list in clause 3 below.
Normally if your order is placed before 11am (GMT + 1) on a working day, your order will be sent the same day and delivered the following working day. If you place your order after 11am (GMT +1), normally we will pack your order the following working day. The usual delivery time for items that we have in stock is 2-4 workings days within Sweden, and 3-7 working days to the other countries within Europe, but longer delivery times may occur on special occasions.
PPY stands the risk of transport, namely the risk that the products is lost or damaged during the transport from us to you. If you have not received your order within 30 days from the date when you placed your order, you have the right to cancel your order if you do not accept a new delivery date. In such case, we will refund the amount paid by you as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date you have cancelled your order and informed us about the cancellation.
4. PRICES AND CHARGES
All prices listed on the Website include VAT (excluding countries outside the EU). Our prices and charges may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as substantially changed raw material prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and charges.
We make reservations to any printing or typographical errors and to product changes on the Website. We also make reservations to any errors in the stock balance, to clearance sale and to that the product images may differ from the real product.

For all countries outside Sweden, if you want to return your order please use the UPS return form that comes in the package. Please note that PPY does not refund any freight cost for the return, and this amount will be deducted from
4.6 Tax deduction outside of EU
Please bear in mind that everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from Sweden. This means that if you live outside the European Union, you can and probably will be charged for tax, duty, import and brokerage fees when receiving the package. This is why we deduct the Swedish VAT from our prices as we do not want our customers to pay two different taxes from two different governments. The tax deduction will show in the prices on the website. For Norway no extra taxes, duties, import or brokerage fees will be charged, it is already included in the pricing of the products.
As a customer, you are responsible for payment of any such import taxes and/or duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and/or taxes of your package since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Please note that PPY does not take any part of these charges and are out of our control. Contact your local customs office before placing your order for current charges, so you are not surprised by charges you are not expecting. UPS will invoice you for these charges upon delivery through cash, check or invoice and needs to be paid in order to collect the parcel.
4. MEANS OF PAYMENT
We are using Klarna Checkout provided by Klarna Holding AB (“Klarna”) of payments online. The options of payment are different depending on from which country you place your order. You have different options of payment.
Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Great Britain: Invoice, installment, direct payment and card payment.
The rest of the world: Direct payment and card payment.
The credit information will not be registered in any public register and it will not be visible to any other companies or persons. Please observe that you are obligated to pay for your order in relation to Klarna, and that Klarna’s terms and conditions apply to your payment. 5. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS
If you are not satisfied with your order or if you for some other reason would like to withdraw your order, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the order. You may of course open the package and try on the product. Keep in mind however that you may be liable to compensate us if your handling of the product causes a decrease in the value of the product. The right to return or to cancel the order applies for all of our products except swimwear and underwear, if the swimwear/underwear is sealed and the sealing is broken after you have received the products.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, or exercise your right to withdraw from the agreement, please provide us with notice within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the order, via calling +46 (0) 31 708 47 80 or writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or PPY Production AB, Kungsporten 1C, 427 50 Billdal, Sweden. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using our, or the Swedish Consumer Agency (Sw: Konsumentverket), standard form, which you can download from our website [here] or from the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website at https://publikationer.konsumentverket.se/kontrakt-och-mallar/angerblankett (only available in Swedish). You shall return the product to PPY as soon as possible and within 14 days from the date of your notice to PPY, at the latest, by completing the return form which is included in your package and specifying what you are returning. If you have lost your return form for any reason, you may contact us in order to receive a new return form. The return form shall be sent to us together with the product. For returns within Sweden a return way bill is included in the package, for which we will charge 60 SEK (60 SEK will be deducted from the amount we will refund you for the returned product). For all countries outside Sweden, if you want to return your order please use the UPS return form that comes in the package. Please note that PPY does not refund any freight cost for the return, and this amount will be deducted from your refund. If possible, we kindly ask you to return the product in its original package.
If you would like to exchange your ordered product with another product, use the same procedure as for returns and then place a new order for the product you want instead. We will refund you for the returned item.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the amount paid by you for the product, including any eventual freight charge (excluding any return fright). If you choose to return only part of your order, we will not refund any eventual freight charge since the freight charge is the same regardless of how many products you have ordered. Refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from the date of our receipt of your notice of withdrawal. If you, by this time, still have not returned the product to us or if we have not received the product, we will carry out the refund as soon as we have received the product or as soon you have proved that the product has been returned - always save the receipt when leaving your package at the postal office. If your handling of the product has resulted in a decline in value of the product we will deduct an amount corresponding to such decline in value.
Please note that you stand the risk of transport of the product back to PPY (namely the risk that the product is lost or damaged during the transport). If the product is lost or damaged during the transport to PPY, you are liable for payment.
As a consumer you have a right to make complaints regarding defective products. A product is defective if it deviates from what was apparent at the time of the order or from your reasonable expectations, based on the information that PPY has provided about the product. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have detected or should have detected the defect, and at the latest within three years after receiving the product. If you make a complaint within two months from detecting the defect you have made the complaint within a reasonable time. If you observe that the products sent to you are damaged when you collect them, please report the damage immediately when collecting the products. As customer you have no obligation to accept damaged products. You should also report damage on the packaging, regardless of whether the products delivered are damaged or not.
If you observe a deficiency in the product/products ordered by you, it is important that you – as soon as possible – contact and inform us of in which way you consider the product being faulty. We will not process your return before you inform us about the deficiency of the product. If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return way bill (prepaid return freight) and provide you with information on how you should execute the complaint and return of the product.
When we have received information as well as the returned product from you, we will make an assessment of whether the product is defective. If the product is defective or wrongly delivered we will replace the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the day we received the product from you. If you have used the product we would appreciate if you could wash the product before making the return. We will refund any costs you may have had in connection with the return of the product, therefore, it is important that you contact us before you return the product, in order for us to be able to provide you with information on how you should return the product.
Please note that you stand the risk of transport of the product to PPY (namely the risk that the product is lost or damaged during the transport).
If the defect in the product is of material significance and rectification or delivery of substitute goods cannot take place within a reasonable time you have a right to terminate the purchase. In such case you shall notify PPY of the termination and return the product to PPY, and PPY will thereafter refund your payment within 30 days from receiving the product as well as compensate any costs you have had for returning the product.
7. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
We strive to always make our customers satisfied with their purchase and with our service. If you aredissatisfied we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can do our best to settle the matter. In the event that we do not manage to settle the matter, we recommend you to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes(Sw: Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We will comply with its recommendations. You can also use the online platform for complaints which is available on the EU Commission’s website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish material law.

8 FORCE MAJEURE
We are relieved from liability for a failure to perform any of the obligations under these General Terms and Conditions if our failure to perform our obligations arises from any of the relieving circumstances stated below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfilment of our obligations.
Relieving circumstances are, among others, acts or failure to acts from authorities, new or modified legislation, labour disputes, blockades, fire, flood, sabotage or accident of large scale. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that affect the market and products negatively, for example decisions regarding warning texts, sales prohibition or an abnormal decline in the market.
