GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
PPY Production AB, reg. nr 556689-6857, Kungsporten 1C, 427 50 Billdal, Sweden (”PPY”) provides the website and the online store on www.pellepetterson.se and www.pellepetterson.com (the “Website”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” used below refer to PPY.
You must have reached the age of 18 to, without approval from your legal guardian, register an user account with us, apply for credit (invoice payment or payment in instalments) or purchase product(s) via the Website.
PPY is entitled to unilaterally make additions or changes to these general terms and conditions for the Website (“General Terms and Conditions”) and any such modifications will become effective – at the earliest – 30 days after the date that the amended General Terms and Conditions were made available on the Website. By purchasing product(s) from our assortment of products, applying for credit (invoice payment or payment in instalments), registering a user account with us, subscribing to our newsletter and/or using any of our services on the Website, you accept and agree to these – at any time applicable – General Terms and Conditions and certify that the personal details submitted by you are correct.
2. DISTRIBUTION AND DELIVERY
We only deliver to the European countries that are eligible in the ordering process. For deliveries outside of Sweden an extra freight charge will apply, in accordance with the price list in clause 3 below.
We use Schenker Privpak AB (www.privatpaket.se) (“Schenker”) for the distribution of your order. For orders with delivery within Sweden, Schenker will contact you by text message and inform you about in which collection point you can collect your package. When collecting your package, remember to bring a valid identification, such as ID, driver’s license or passport, as well as the parcel number (you will receive this information in the text message that Schenker will send to you. For delivery outside of Sweden Schenker will try to deliver at your home. If no one is home at the first delivery attempt, Schenker will leave a drop card with information on where your package can be picked up. No notification will be made to you before delivery. Please note that only one delivery attempt is included in the freight charge. A second delivery attempt may be charged with a local fee. For delivery to UK or Germany a second attempt to deliver at your neighbour may occur. If no one is home Schenker will leave a drop card with the information of where your package can be picked up. If you do not collect your package within 14 days it will be sent back to us. For packages that are not collected by this time we will charge you for the actual costs corresponding to the return freight charge, freight charge and the charge for the handling of unclaimed parcels according to the price list in clause 3 below.
We will pack your order the following working day after you have placed the order. The usual delivery time for items that we have in stock is 2-4 workings days within Sweden, and 3-7 working days to the other countries within Europe, but longer delivery times may occur.
PPY stands the risk of transport, namely the risk that the products is lost or damaged during the transport from us to you. If you have not received your order within 30 days from the date when you placed your order, you have the right to cancel your order if you do not accept a new delivery date. In such case, we will refund the amount paid by you as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date you have cancelled your order and informed us about the cancellation.
3. PRICES AND CHARGES
All prices listed on the Website include VAT. Our prices and charges may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as substantially changed raw material prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and charges.
We make reservations to any printing or typographical errors and to product changes on the Website. We also make reservations to any errors in the stock balance, to clearance sale and to that the product images may differ from the real product.
3.1 Our charges in Sweden
Freight charge for orders from 1000 SEK: 0 SEK
Freight charge for orders below 1000 SEK: 60 SEK
Return freight charge: 60 SEK
Administration fee for invoice payment: 0 SEK
Administration fee for payment in instalments: 29 SEK
Unclaimed parcels: 60 SEK
3.2 Our charges outside of Sweden (within EU)
Freight charge for order from 150 EUR: 0 EUR
Freight charge for order below 150 EUR: 15 EUR
Unclaimed parcels: 12 EUR
For all countries outside Sweden, please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment. Please note that PPY Production AB do not refund any freight cost for the return.
4. MEANS OF PAYMENT
We accept card payment, direct payment, invoice payment and payment in instalments. When you apply for invoice payment or payment in instalments, we will use your personal identity number to check your credit status and your postal address. The credit information will not be registered in any public register and it will not be visible to any other companies or persons.
4.1 Card payment
When you choose this method of payment, your debit card will be debited immediately at checkout on the Website. The payment is registered immediately and the amount will be reserved on your bank account and no additional fees will be added. Our card transactions are managed by our payment partner Payer Financial Services AB (Payer) to ensure swift and safe payment. Payer complies with PCI DSS Level 1 and is approved by VISA and MasterCard as a provider of online card transactions. For increased security Payer uses 3-D Secure, which is a global safety standard for online card payments developed by VISA and MasterCard. The information is encrypted using SSL-Secure Socket Layer 128-bit encryption and is made in Payer’s payment window, where no information is visible to the web shop. 5. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS
If you are not satisfied with your order or if you for some other reason would like to withdraw your order, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the order. You may of course open the package and try on the product. The right to return or to cancel the order applies for all of our products except swimwear and underwear, if the swimwear/underwear is sealed and the sealing is broken by you.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice, within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the order, via calling +46 (0) 31 708 47 80 or writing to us at email@example.com or PPY Production AB, Kungsporten 1C, 427 50 Billdal, Sweden. You shall return the product to PPY as soon as possible and within 14 days from the date of your notice to PPY, at the latest, by completing the return form which is included in your package and specifying what you are returning. The return form shall be sent to us together with product. For returns within Sweden a return way bill is included in the package, for which we will charge 60 SEK (60 SEK will be deducted from the amount we will refund you for the returned product). For all other countries, please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment. We recommend that you use GLS, for more information please visit: https://gls-group.eu/. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the National Board for Consumer Policies’ (Sw: Konsumentverket) standard form, which can be found on its website (www.konsumentverket.se). If possible, we kindly ask you to return the product in its original package.

If you would like to exchange your ordered product to another product, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to reserve a new product for you. You can reach us at +46 (0) 31 708 47 80 or firstname.lastname@example.org on working days between 8 am and 5 pm. If you do not contact us before you choose to exchange a product, the product you want to change to may not be in stock and, if this is the case, we will not be able to reserve the product for you. To facilitate the administration when exchanging products, make sure to have your order number and item number available when contacting us. When we have received the returned product, we will send the reserved product to you as soon as possible. We will cover this freight charge. If you wish to exchange your item for an item with higher value, we may ask you to return the item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the amount paid by you for the product, including any eventual freight charge (excluding any return fright). If you choose to return only part of your order, we will not refund any eventual freight charge since the freight charge is the same regardless of how many products you have ordered. Refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from the date of our receipt of your notice of withdrawal. If you, by this time, still have not returned the product to us or if we have not received the product, we will carry out the refund as soon as we have received the product or as soon you have proved that the product has been returned. If your handling of the product has resulted in a decline in value of the product we will deduct an amount corresponding to such decline in value.
Please note that you stand the risk of transport of the product back to PPY (namely the risk that the product is lost or damaged during the transport). If the product is lost or damaged during the transport to PPY, you are liable for payment.
You have the right to make a complaint of a product within three years provided that the product was defective at the time of delivery. If you observe that the products sent to you are damaged when you collect them, please report the damage immediately when collecting the products. You shall not accept damaged products. Regardless of whether the products delivered are damaged or not, you shall also report damage on the packaging.
If you observe a deficiency of the product/products ordered by you, it is important that you – as soon as possible – contact and inform us of in which way you consider the product being faulty. Please note that you must notify us of your claim within reasonable time after discovering the deficiency. We will not process your return before you inform us about the deficiency of the product. If you raise your claim within two months of discovering the deficiency, you have raised your claim within reasonable time. If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return way bill (prepaid return freight) and provide you with information on how you should execute the complaint and return of the product.
When we have received information as well as the returned product from you, we will make an assessment of whether the product is defective. If the product is defective or wrongly delivered we will replace the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the day we received the product from you. If you have used the product we would appreciate if you could wash the product before making the return. We will refund any eventual costs you may have had in connection with the return of the product, therefore, it is important that you contact us before you return the product, in order for us to be able to provide you with information on how you should return the product.

7. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
We strive to always make our customers satisfied with their purchase and with our service. If you are dissatisfied we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can do our best to settle the matter. In the event that we do not manage to settle the matter, we recommend you to contact the National Board for Consumer Complaints (Sw: Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We will comply with its recommendations. You can also use the online platform for complaints which is available on the EU Commission’s website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are relieved from liability for a failure to perform any of the obligations under these General Terms and Conditions if our failure to perform our obligations arises from any of the relieving circumstances stated below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfilment of our obligations.
Relieving circumstances are, among others, acts or failure to acts from authorities, new or modified legislation, labour disputes, blockades, fire, flood, sabotage or accident of large scale. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that affect the market and products negatively, for example decisions regarding warning texts, sales prohibition or an abnormal decline in the market.
9. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
PPY is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide to us, such as name, personal identity number, address, mobile phone number, phone number and e-mail address. Our primary purpose of our processing of your personal data is to administrate your purchase order and to fulfil our commitment towards you as a customer. We will also process your personal data for marketing purposes to enable us and/or our partners to provide you with relevant information and relevant offers from us or our partners by, among other, electronic communication services, such as e-mails and text messages. Your personal data may also be disclosed to and processed by PPY’s affiliated companies as well as other external partners for the abovementioned purposes. Your personal data may be disclosed to companies both within and outside of the EU/EEA.
Since we are using Google Analytics your personal data will also be disclosed to Google. Therefore, your personal data may be forward to and stored on Google’s servers that are located worldwide. Consequently, your personal data may be stored on a server located abroad, including in countries outside of the EU/EEA. Google may also transfer the information to a third party if it is required by law or when such third party is processing the information on account of Google. Google will not correlate your IP address with any other data that Google may have stored about you.
Information that will be analysed may consist of your IP-address, your last made purchases, method of payment, account balance if you have credit with us and other information that you have provided to us as a customer. We may save and process your personal data for marketing purposes as mentioned above for up to three years after your costumer relationship with us has ended. We will see you as a customer during the period you pay by instalments or use any of our services on the Website. We will also see you as a customer during the time any eventual warranty period applies for any product that you have purchased from us.
By purchasing product(s) from our assortment of products, applying for credit (invoice payment or payment in instalments), registering a user account with us, subscribing to our newsletter and/or using any of our services on the Website, you accept and agree to such process of your personal data as described above. You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time by sending a written notice to the address stated below.
It is voluntarily to provide personal data.
