TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING
You must be over 18 years old to buy items from our webstore. If you are under 18, your guardian must give permission for you to enter into a purchase agreement on the Internet.
By placing an order, you accept PPY Production AB’s terms and conditions of sale, and a binding agreement is established. You also hereby accept to processing of your personal details. All prices in www.pellep.se/webshop are denominated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (moms). The minimum order amount is SEK 300. When we have received your order we will send an order confirmation to you via email. It is important that you check that the delivery order in the email matches the goods you have ordered.
We reserve our rights regarding alterations in delivery in the event that goods are sold out and regarding the occurrence of price errors. We always try to ensure that the photographs we use match reality as far as possible, but we reserve the right for possible colour changes on products shown in our webstore.
We will pack your order the following working day after we have received it. The normal delivery time is 3-7 working days in Sweden. A delivery charge of SEK 65 will be added to the order total. Our transport provider, Schenker, will send you text message saying when and where you can fetch your package.
We have responsibility for transport risks, i.e. the risk that goods may be lost or damaged during transportation from us to you. If, despite our efforts, your delivery does not arrive within 30 days of you placing your order, you as customer have full rights to cancel your purchase if you do not accept a new proposed delivery date. Repayment of your order amount will be performed as soon as possible but at the latest 30 days after we have received confirmation from you that you are cancelling the order.
As a customer you have the right to exchange a product if you are not satisfied with it. In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act you as a consumer have the right within 14 days to exchange or return a product. This applies from the date you receive the product(s). You may of course open the packaging and try the product(s) but you must take due care. It is important to consider that the product(s) must be largely unchanged if you want to return it.
Remember to save all labels and original packaging in case you wish to return it. If you wish to exchange the product for another one, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reserve a new product for you. If you do not contact us to reserve a new product there is a risk that the product will no longer be available. To facilitate administration of an exchange of products, please refer to the order number and article number. Please have both order number and article number available when you call us. Note that you have responsibility for return transport costs for goods that you return to us and that you also have responsibility for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that goods may be lost or damaged during transportation from you to us.
When we have received your returned product we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it may occur that a product you have ordered cannot be delivered. If this happens then this item will be withdrawn from your order and the other products you have ordered will be
If you discover a fault in an item that you have ordered it is important that you contact us by telephone +46 (0) 31 708 47 80 or email at email@example.com and explain what is wrong. We will not deal with any complaints if you do not first contact us before sending the product back. We are available for contact via telephone or email on weekdays, 08.00-17.00.
When we have received your returned item we will make an assessment about whether it is faulty. If we agree that there is a fault we will replace the item as soon as possible although no later than within 30 days. If the item has been used we would appreciate it if you wash it before returning it. Note that you have responsibility for return transport costs for goods that you return to us and that you also have responsibility for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that goods may be lost or damaged during transportation from you to us. If your complaint is upheld, we will remunerate you for any expenses you have had in connection with returning the item. Please therefore send copies of all receipts relating to returning the rejected item.
As a consumer you have certain rights in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59) and Swedish E-Commerce Act (2002:562) when you buy products on the Internet. All prices on our website are in Swedish krona (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (moms). Payment may only be made by card.
As payment cards we accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. We do not make any extra charge when you use these cards. If you choose to pay by debit card or credit card, the payment will go through our partner, Samport. The reference to the payment on your statement will be PPY Production AB. Payment by card is safeguarded through our partnership with Samport Payment Service AB. Your card number is sent via an encrypted link directly to the bank, which offers extra security.
Samport Secure Server Software (SSL) is an industry standard and is currently one of the best pieces of software for handling safe payment transactions. We use UCAF/3-D-Secure security standard. If your card is connected to this standard it will be processed automatically on our UC3-D server. To find out if your card is equipped for safe Internet purchases, please contact your bank.
If you discover that the goods sent to you are damaged when you collect them, you should report it to the place where you collect the goods.
As a customer you have no obligation to accept damaged goods. You should also report a situation where the box or packaging containing your goods is damaged, even when are unable to determine if your goods are damaged or not.
If damage cannot be detected before the goods are taken out of the packaging or box we ask you to report the damage to us as soon as possible.
Naturally, we want you to be a satisfied customer. If the situation arises that you have bought something, paid for it, but change your mind, please contact us as soon as you can to reverse the current purchase.
This will help you avoid paying for the return transport of the goods. If however the goods have already been dispatched to you, please return them to us and notify us that you have done so.
Please note that if your delivery has already been dispatched to you, you have responsibility for the return transport costs for goods you send back and that you also have responsibility for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the goods become lost or damaged during transport from you to us. We will make a refund to you as soon as we have received the goods and no later than 30 days.
Any personal details that you submit in connection with purchasing goods from our website, e.g. name, personal registration number, address, telephone number, email address, are collected in order to complete the purchase you wish to make.
The primary purpose for collecting this information, therefore, is to fulfill our commitments to you as customer. We also use your personal details for marketing purposes, i.e. in order to provide you with relevant information, offers, etc. from PPY Production AB or one of our external partners. By accepting these purchasing conditions you accept our handling of your personal details as described above.
Reference to PPY Production AB also includes other companies in the same Group. In accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL) you have the right, once per calendar month, to request information about any personal data concerning yourself that we handle.
